Return and Refund Policy 2025
For orders placed on or after January 15, 2025.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
- Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds.
However, exchanges are permitted under specific conditions (see below).
Return Process
If you would like to return an item:
- We will provide a return label, and the cost of the label (ranging from $15 to $30, depending on your location) will be deducted from your refund.
- Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
- If your original order qualified for free shipping (over $99) but your return causes the order total to fall below $99, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Important:
If you choose to arrange your own shipping method for the return, you will be responsible for the package, including any loss or damage during transit. In this case, you must provide us with the tracking number.
Exchange Process
If you would like to exchange an item:
- Notify us of the item or size you'd like to exchange for, so we can confirm availability.
- For orders over $99, you are responsible for the return shipping fee (ranging from $15 to $30).
- For orders under $99, you are responsible for the return shipping fee as well as the shipping fee for the replacement item. An invoice for these costs will be sent to you, and the return label will be issued once payment is received.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship your replacement.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item:
- We will cover all shipping costs associated with the return and replacement.
- Please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
General Conditions
- Items must be returned in original condition and packaging, including any protective materials or tags.

Service Charges:
- A 20% fee will apply if packaging is missing or damaged.
- A 50% fee will apply if the product itself is damaged.
- Refunds typically take 2–7 business days to process after the return has been inspected.
Return Checklist by Product Type
Racquets
- Unstrung as purchased (or original strings intact).
- Header card and grip packaging included.
- No wear on bumper guards or butt caps.
- Plastic cover and bubble wrap with code still attached.
Shoes
- Unworn and free of blemishes.
- Returned in the original box (place the box in another box for shipping).
Clothing, Bags, and Strings
- Unused, unwashed, and unaltered with original tags attached.
- Returned in original packaging.
