4. Shipping Policy
Orders under $ 99.99 will be charged by Quivers based on the following options:
- Canada Post Expedited Parcel (1 to 7 working days once prepared) : 15$
You will get free shipping for orders over $ 99.99.
V Distribution or the pre-selected reseller in its retail network ships Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Once your order has been shipped, your tracking number will be accessible from your account.
Babolat.ca does not deliver outside of Canada.
5. Return Policy
Merchandise purchased exclusively on Babolat.ca website may be returned to for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if it meets the following requirements:
1. Must be returned in its original condition within 30 days of purchase. Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted and be returned.
2. Must have a valid proof of purchase or packing slip to receive a full refund. All items returned without a proof of purchase or packing slip will not be accepted.
3. Original condition is defined as follows:
a. Racquets must be unstrung and unused when purchased unstrung, Racquets must be strung with original strings when purchased strung,
The racquets must come with header card and grip packaging still in place. No signs of wear on bumper guards or butt caps of any kind. Also need to have the plastic cover/protection with the code on it.
b. Shoes must be in original box. They must be not worn or blemished.
c. Clothing, bags and strings must be returned unused with all tags still attached to the products, material must be unworn/unwashed/unaltered, and must be in its original packaging or outer packaging.
4. Reasons for returns must be indicated on all returns.
The Return Process
1. By Email babolat@vdistributionsport.ca indicating your reasons for making a return.
2. From your website personal account
Please include order number in your inquiry. Once support receives your email, when approved they will provide a free return label.
Box up your items making sure that all the guidelines are met and followed to ensure a full refund (above). Making sure to include the proof of purchase or packing slip and a brief explanation for your return. Also be sure to write your RA# visible on the outside of the box.

Please allow up to 5 days upon reception for Babolat to receive and process your return. All credits will be processed back to the original form of payment within 10 days of the processing of your return.
6. Age of consent
The Site is prohibited to children under 16 years old.
We refrain from knowingly collecting personal data from children and persons under the age of 16 without the consent of their parents or legal guardians. We do not ask for personal data from children and we state that we do not collect, use or transfer any personal data of children to third parties without permission.
